分享 I agree with the first comment this is a very broad topic. For a real application I'd recommend finding a solution that already exists and incorporating it into your project (there is a lot that can go wrong). I cannot give you many recommendations, but I have used UserCake with Slim successfully. I've read about, but not used, other authentication systems that use Slim's middleware. I'd think you would want to find one that fits your needs, probably one that can handle AJAX with your Backbone front end.
On the other hand building your own can be an educational experience. I did it once in plain PHP (warning do not use that project) just to appreciate solutions that already exist. I gained a better understanding of salting, hashing, sql injection and security in general.
