最近想学下UiAutomator 自动化测试，按照百度上的文档捣鼓下，发始终创建xml文件失败，
找不原因，求大神指点。
错误详情：

-v --verbose : Verbose mode, shows errors, warnings and all messages.
--clear-cache: Clear the SDK Manager repository manifest cache.
-s --silent : Silent mode, shows errors only.
Action "create uitest-project":
Creates a new UI test project.
Options:
-p --path : The new project's directory. [required]
-n --name : Project name.
-t --target : Target ID of the new project. [required]
