本人超级菜鸟一枚，最近刚学习springboot，因为用maven下载太慢太慢了，所以jar包都是去手动导入的，然后在运行springbootApplication的时候无法启动内置的tomcat，我在网上看到别人的run之后代码有好多 我的就只有5行
