求助！ jquery.qrcode.js 生成二维码，中文怎么转换为BIG5编码？

Question

使用以下中文字符处理后，可转为Utf8的中文编码。但是由于香港那边使用的扫码机器只支持Big5编码的二维码，扫出来后显示乱码..

求助：如何转为Big5 编码。。
