use ./makeMtk check-env to check the Mtk alps env
use ./makeMtk listp to show the projects existed
use ./makeMtk XXX r ? rebuild the target.
when I use these command there are to error haapened,
cp: 无法获取"bootable/bootloader/lk/build-ckt72_t_jb3/lk.bin" 的文件状态(stat): 没有那个文件或目录
cp: 无法获取"bootable/bootloader/lk/build-ckt72_t_jb3/logo.bin" 的文件状态(stat): 没有那个文件或目录
But the files really existed!!
don't know how to solve it
then I use the command
./makeMtk XXX n Clean and perform a full build
It report the errors :

use ./makeMtk XXX r
It return cp: 无法获取"kernel/out/kernel_ckt72_t_jb3.bin" 的文件状态(stat): 没有那个文件或目录
cann't find the file in that directory.
use ./makeMtk XXX r k cann't solve it.
