第一次在ubuntu18.04用源代码安装软件，make的时候总是出错，我执行前面的
命令名问题，但是到执行make的时候，总是出错，因为是个小白，所以不知道知道是什么原因.
$] cd sumo-0.32.0
$] ./configure
$] make
