错误代码如上，错误
第一次编写spring的配置文件，使用的spring包是4.2，包内也找到了spring-beans-3.2.xsd，使用的tomcat版本是7.0，使用的jdk是1.6
我的电脑网络没问题，尝试过去掉版本号，例如写成spring-beans.xsd，依然报此错误，也尝试过使用classpath指定为本地路径，错误仍未解决，请各位前辈指点，我实在是迷茫了
