Mysql建表显示错误，Error : You have an error in your SQL syntax;（急！！！）

create TABLE ProductIns
(product_id char(4) NOT FULL,
product_name VARCHAR(100) NOT FULL,
product_type varchar(32) NOT FULL,
sale_price INTEGER DEFAULT 0,
purchase_price INTEGER ,
regist_date INTEGER ,
PRIMARY KEY (product_id));

在mysql创建上面这么一个表格显示错误：

请问问题是出在哪里了

约束条件拼写错误，是NOT NULL，不是NOT FULL。
