The error is:

ORDER is a reserved word. So you can escape it with backticks:

$sql3 = 
"INSERT INTO `orders` (cid, eid, `order`, date_ordered, date_called, status) 
 VALUES ('$cid', '$eid', '$order', '$date_ordered', '$date_called', '$status')";
