I have never done anything with PayPal IPN listeners or cURL in general so I am not sure exactly what I am doing. I am trying to set up my IPN listener with PHP so I can test it locally. I am getting the error Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'cURL error: [0] ' I am using the code from paypal's github What am I doing wrong? I am using CodeIgniter 2
The error occurs on this line of code from ipnlistener.php:
