We have laravel 5.5 running with PHP 7.2. We're getting above error on one of the Prod Server. The strange thing is that we're getting this error at random time. Most of the times, it's working.
However, when it stopped working, we have to run php artisan cache:clear in order to make it work again.
It does not look like SSL cert issue as most of the times, it's working.
Appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.
