"File_exists():open_basedir restriction in effect." - Element Pack by Elementor

I am building the website using the Elementor Pro and the Element Pack by BD Themes.

Recently the site crashed due to a problem in the Element Pack. I contacted the support and they fixed the crashed site. But a new problem came up:

"File_exists():open_basedir restriction in effect.
File(C:\inetpub\vhosts\immami.co.il\httpdocs\wp-content/plugins/https://immami.co.il/wp-admin/edit.php) is not within the allowed path(s):
(C:/Inetpub/vhosts/immami.co.il\;C:\Windows\Temp\) in C:\inetpub\vhosts\immami.co.il\httpdocs\wp-admin\menu-header.php on line 235"
