Here is the thing, I am very new to heroku. I spent 3h to finally get my sql script executed. I still don't understand why I needed to install pgsql on my own computer but that does work.
Now I want to connect my database (pgsql) to php using pdo. It took me about an hour to understand where were my authentification data to put in my config file. Finally I found that on my php.ini (in apache2) my pdo_pgsql and my pgsql extensions were commented. I now have to uncomment them on the heroku server.
To be honest, it is quite complexe for me to understand how heroku works and how to modify its php.ini file. I searched on internet but didn't find how to get access to this file. I found this other post but it doesn't give any concret solution. Same thing with the heroku documentation for php support and custom php settings those don't give more information than :
"Heroku supports several of the methods that PHP offers for changing its php.ini settings."
Please tell me how to get access to this file on my heroku app.
Thanks a lot for your help.
