I am trying to import wordpress site that my client sent to my localhost wordpress. I am getting this error
product “product years 2010-2018” already exists. 1st thing what i did was to go through tools->import->wordpress importer and then select the xml file .The main products was also not importing.
2nd thing after i roam the internet i found out that posttype need to be created in the theme so i registered all the posttypes i found out to be missing. the products was imported but not the product year and after records
3rd thing i did was to download 7zip and then open the xml file with 7zip. change it to gzip and then went to import again by selecting the newly created file. it give the result above
can some please specify how i can import the remaining data other then product? i am new to wordpress.
