如何从本地服务器发送邮件？

I am using smtp in codeigniter and i tried this code.

                'smtp_host' => 'ssl://smtp.googlemail.com',
                'smtp_port' => 465,
                'smtp_user' => '[e-mail]', // change it to yours
                'smtp_pass' => 'xxx', // change it to yours

                'wordwrap' => TRUE
              );
                $this->load->library('email', $config);
                $this->email->set_newline('
');
                $this->email->from('[e-mail]', 'Testing');
                $this->email->reply_to('[e-mail]', 'Testing');
                $this->email->to('[e-mail]');
                $this->email->cc('[e-mail]');
                $this->email->subject('Testing');
                $this->email->message($message);
                $this->email->send();

But i didnt understand what smtp_user and smtp_pass i have to give. Can anyone tel me!!
