I have neo4j and apache running on the same CentOS 6.5 server. At a CLI on the server I can use php script with get_file_contents to connect, and curl works, and a php script using neo4jphp also works. However accessing neo4j thru apache/php/neo4jphp gives "Premission denied", even while on the server using Firefox. I've checked everything I can think off including SELinux. Any suggestions.
