Hi i am stuck with one of my project requirement and i am seeking some guidance on the same. So my project is as follows:
I need to create a client using java program to upload a file to the Web backend server. I should use php programming language to design and implement a web backend server that will enable the Java client side program to upload a file and save at the web server.
I am almost done with the project as i have created a client side java program which uses the php file to upload the file.. Currently i have to run java class file from the console and give the path as parameter and the file gets uploaded in the specified folder in backend server.
Now i am stuck while creating a GUI..From a users perspective, i need to have a html form which allows the users to browse for a location and the user selects the file and that path should go as an parameter to my java client.. How should i achieve this...should i have to use a jsp file in my html form?? If yes,then how to call java class file from jsp?? I have no knowledge on java servlets. do i have to use that? Any suggestions on how to create a UI for my Java client will be helpful!!
