是不是版本不兼容，用conda安装的，你应该用conda卸载，再用pip安装。
pycurl 已安装 但 import pycurl 找不到？

有大佬知道为什么吗?
想卸载重装也不行
C:\WINDOWS\system32>pip uninstall pycurl
ERROR: Cannot uninstall 'pycurl'. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.
