Documentation popup should remember its size and have better font

I think the popup for the documentation is a bit too huge. I don't think it needs to show more than a half dozen lines or so. It also seems to be using a different font then the control that shows the documentation on the edit tab. Those two should probably use the same font.

The size issue is controversial. On of our internal customer requested (and made patch of) the current size. Maybe it should remember it's size.

The font is different because the editor is plain text editor, but the view in the UI is HTML, mainly to show how the documentation will be seen in log and report after execution. This is intentional.
