Use wx.aui to instead wx.Frame in RIDE mainframe, and plugin developer can use the perspective to define his own perspective.
Use more flexible mainframe in RIDE. So, plugin developer can define perspective in his own plugin

We'll investigate this in 0.19 when we anyway go through the plugin API fully.
Anyone against using wx.aui? Does anyone know is it supported on all platforms?
