[pyclustering.cluster.syncnet] Scheduling problems during continues calculation

When calculation (modeling) is performing to long (after some time) then process of calculation becomes too slow. And as a result final result cannot be reach. The problem should be investigated and resolved. Real images should be processed.

    Description from testing on Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3320M CPU 2.60GHz 2.60GHz, 4.00 GB RAM, Windows 7 64-bit.

    White Sea Small: execution time - ~73 sec. (r = 0.998), ~125 sec. (r = 0.999). Fast mode has been used for solving diff. equations.

    Result of clustering is good but there are some troubles with phase analysis, because high level of order is required because of a lot of number oscillators. Or some additional methods for analysis is required. During simulation process 'Python' takes about ~1.109.000 KB RAM.

    White Sea: it hasn't been possible to create network and machine almost hangs.
