Dependency on optional tkinter / gdbm libraries

The updates in 1.5.0 enforce a dependency on the tkinter / gdbm libraries, which may not be available on all platforms/builds (e.g. Max OSX).

    I've attempted to mitigate this sort of problem in six 1.6.0, so fingers crossed.
