DEV 2.6.10 on win10 WAMP. I have made 5 bots, 6 total but currently i can only use the parent bot due to other problems that need fixed. So i set all but the one a am using to inactive and see that they still are active anyway. I have not tracked this down yet but changing a bot to inactive in the admin screen does say it updated it ok but it really did not. I will do more looking under the hood for this but thought i should start a post about the problem at least. TNX NOTE: The admin change for each bot does change ACTIVE to INACTIVE and stays that way but infact i can can still talk to any bot number there is. So it looks like it is OFF but turns out it did nothing.
