start fluidsynth as a d-bus service on demand

Now that glib is linked to FluidSynth, it is possible to use the dbus-glib bindings to publish a DBus activation service that can be started on demand.

    Interesting, could you mention a use case where this would be important/useful?

    Btw, I've been studying dbus a little to give us RT-prio that way (through RtKit).
