Key pressure (polyphonic aftertouch) is not implemented

Key pressure (or polyphonic aftertouch, midi message A0-AF), is not implemented in the synth. It seems like it can be used in the MIDI router though.

    I've made an attempt of implementing the polyphonic key pressure (aftertouch). The attached patch is based on the current git master. I've tested the functionality with midi rendering from the command line, alsa_raw and alsa_seq inputs. Would be great to get your feedback on the implementation.
