please make mlock() optional

Question

Hi.

Right now when I load soundfont, my prog
writes the following message on console:
---
fluidsynth: warning: Failed to pin the sample data to RAM; swapping is possible.
---

I don't want such a message printed by my
prog (fluidsynth prints it), and I don't want
mlock(), so it would be nice to make that optional,
controllable via some setting.

Actually, I think that mlock(), prioriry
tricks etc make much fewer sense when the
system timer is not used for synth.
If I manually advance the sequencer clock
and do not use an audio driver, then my app
should deal with swapins on its own too.
