Payment notes causing strange redirect when submitting a comment on a Download

It varies from theme to theme (seems to not happen on themes that properly support EDD Product Reviews), but when submitting a comment on a download item, the user is redirected to a URL like this: ?post_type=edd_payment&p=750#comment-274

I suspect it's caused by one of the filters that removes payment notes from comment lists.

    The bookmark permalink HTML includes edd_payment: http://screencloud.net/v/ANBs
