Incorrect user assigned to payment

There's an issue somewhere that causes the wrong user ID to get assigned to a payment.

I've seen it happen a few times, though I'm not sure if it only happens with new payments, if it's a problem with past payments, or even when it happens.

    I have tested the following:

    A. 1. Purchasing as a guest 2. Purchasing again and creating an account during purchase with same credentials as is 1 3. All works well

    B. 1. Creating an account during purchase 2. Purchasing again (while logged into account created in 1) 3. All works well

    Going to continue testing.
