Reports: Earnings per download per given time period

We should add a new view to the reports page that allows site admins to see sale counts and earnings for individual products for a given time period.

This could be in the form of a graph, just like the current graph, or simply as a table like the current Reports > Downloads table.

The EDD_Payment_Stats class will make this really simple.

    I'm struggling with get_sales() and get_earnings(). It doesn't seem to be working reliably at all.
