Re-write Replicants around the Proxy API

Object.observe() has been deprecated and is scheduled to be removed from Chrome in M50, due out in April. ES2015 Proxies look like the best replacement technology.

Proxies are available in Chrome 49, but not yet available in OBS Studio's Browser Source. Proxies also cannot be completely polyfilled. CEF Branch 2623 appears to be based on Chromium 49 and should support Proxies.

    I'd love to break Replicants out into their own library as part of this, making them more flexible and testable, but I also accept that I'll be doing this on my own and may have to make compromises to get a first version out the door for v0.8.0.
