This new event has been added to vlc 2.2.0-git.
Incorporate this event into the vlcj event factory and so on.
This new event might also open up the possibility to implement things like sub-items in a better way.

Need to be careful with respect to registering the native media event manager, since vlcj 3.0.0 should still work with vlc 2.1.0.
