Disappearing activities

When I enter the analysis tab or try to find my activities from any list, they have disappeared or been "whitened out" as shown in my images below. Data appears to remain intact. Activities are visible in calendar, but not any of the lists:

Running 3.0.1 at a AMD64 Debian environment, downloaded from Debian repos. Tried accessing my GC folder from a v2.1 install and everything looks fine there. No crash or strange thing has proceeded seeing this which started this morning after GC took a long time starting after refreshing stuff.
