新建了maven环境
打包的时候报Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-resources-plugin:2.6:resources (default-resources) on project wostore: Execution default-resources of goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-resources-plugin:2.6:resources failed: Plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-resources-plugin:2.6 or one of its dependencies could not be resolved: Failure to find junit:junit:jar:3.8.1 in http://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elapsed or updates are forced -> [Help 1]
这是他自己需要的依赖，但是发现现在maven自己已经不能提供这个版本了，真奇怪
