c# 连接postgresql出现乱码问题

• 1.乱码无非就是编码不对，不用深究
• 2.看这样子也知道，连接字符串不对了
• 3.查了一下postgres的错误代码表，28000是INVALID AUTHORIZATION SPECIFICATION，认证错误。你是不是写错密码了
