eclipse的maven导入时报错

第一次装maven，按步骤是装好了。导入第一个maven项目就报错了，求大神不吝赐教！
以下是错误提示

此问题的解决：

1、要确认spring sts已经设置代理
2、要确认windows -> Preferences -> maven 的settings.xml文件中，设置代理。
3、C:\Users\ttt.m2\repository\org\apache\maven\plugins目录下的文件夹全部删除，重新下载。
