Preview not sharpened after enlarging to 100%

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open image and apply some sharpening
2. Doubleclick the image in order to get 100% enlargement, or use zoom buttons or mouse
wheel or whatever.
3. Enlarged detail is shown, though sharpening is not applied.
4. Move image with hand tool. Now sharpening is applied.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect that image will be shown with sharpening applied first, not just after moving
image with hand.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Recent branch_3.0 and default has the issue.

Please provide any additional information below.

It's no way gravely important issue though maybe also not difficult to fix...

The image somehow does not get sharpen applied to it in some cases..
I have seen this behavior too and will see if there is anything that can be done about
it.
