PR assignment + Reviewers

It would be very nice to be able to automatically assign one or many people on the created PR. In our case, a part of our team is responsible of the dependencies maintenance and it would be nice to automatically assign those people to the created PR. IMO this should be a setting available per language (e.g: our frontend team manages the javascript dependencies when the backend team takes care of the ruby dependencies) This would be also very useful on the review assignment. The ability to automatically set reviewers and assigned people on a PR would be game changer.

👍 . I'm thinking of adding this in a similar way to how PR labelling works (i.e., have Dependabot learn from your choices). How many people you'd want to assign (is it one person per PR, or many)?
