Why didn't a project get a gem update last night?

Hi folks,

Yesterday, the eye-patch gem released a new 0.4.2 version of the gem. Most of our projects depend on this gem.

I got dependabot PRs for many projects, but not for all. Why not?

For example https://github.com/tablexi/women-on-call only received a single PR https://github.com/tablexi/women-on-call/pull/789 (which is for the Faker gem).

I was expecting to get a PR for eye-patch on this project too.

Performing bundle update eye-patch locally gives me the 0.4.2 proposed change.

Note: this is no the first time I've noticed a lack of PR for changes....just the most recent.

    Interesting - I'll look into this. Are you OK for me to manually re-trigger the request on women-on-call?
