Make it clearer when automerge fails (due to branch permissions)

Thank you for this feature by the way I think it will be really useful.

Anyways, I have auto-merge functionality set on all my repos some with "all patches", some with "minor updates". However, only some of my repos actually have the proper dependencies PR's merged. For the remaining of them, auto-merge functionality doesn't seem to have any effect.

Maybe there is some github config error or something but I can't seem to figure it out. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
