4.0.6.3 in macOS 10.6.8 - Ctrl+Q does not quit app

Raw Therapee Version 4.0.6.3
There are no Preferences or 'About' Menu items for this programme!!  There is only
one menu - its options are Services, Hide Raw Therapee, Hide others, Show All, and
Quit Raw Therapee.
The Quit command does not work - nothing happens when you click on it.
I also have RT 4.0.3 - the same issue occurs with it.

 I have never found a programme like this before - with no preferences or an 'about'
link!  I am sure you intended that there was one.

Presumably this is a bug.
Can you fix this for me?

There is a preferences icon in the corner, which corner - that depends on the layout
you chose in preferences. Considering you could not find preferences, it is in upper
right corner by default.
Please read the user manual for shortcut reference.
There is no shortcut for exiting.
Ctrl-Q is to put image into the processing Queue.

You may also consider using the more recent version with many improvements and bug
fixes;)
