Fuji X-Pro1 demosaicing support

Rawtherapee is very beautiful and capable software. We love it.

But at present, it seems to fail to open raw files from x-pro1.

Would you please update it to the latest dcraw code and add  support for raw files
from Fuji X-Pro1?

Have you tried the latest 4.0.9.50 version? It has DCRAW 9.15, supporting new cameras.
