Group labels in context menu cannot be removed

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 1447


Currently, deselecting "group color label" in the file browser preferences does not
remove the relevant group in the context menu. It worked with previous versions.

I would like to add that ranking context menu options cannot be removed either.
