Some types of ICC profile causes false colors

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 1442

I created display profile using ArgyllCMS and X-Rite's EyeOneDiplay2 colorimeter with
default settings. This creates cLUT profile, which should be pretty good and which
seems to works with other CM aware applications I use (Photoshop, Digikam).

With RawTherapee though I'm getting color tinted highlights. To reproduce try this:

Set monitor profile to display cLUT profile. Set exposure compensation to positive
value so the portion of the highlights get clipped. Set highlights compression to 0.
The clipped area will become color tinted (magenta in my case). When saving image to
file, there is no color tint in clipped area.

With shaper/matrix icc profile (run colorprof with -as switch) everything looks fine.

For now I resorted to shaper/matrix profile though I believe the LittleCMS 2 should
be able to support any profile type.
