    Some ideas proposed by alex:

    1/ when passing the mouse over a folder, display a smooth toolbar with icons to create a subfolder or delete this folder, 2/ Add a special place inside the folders area where users could drag&drop messages, what would result in creating a new top folder and moving messages inside.
