feat(): added content loader for cards

Fixes #3063

Changes: Have added react content loader. Instead of traditional spinner the content loader shows up just like in Facebook, youtube etc. From UI perspective content loaders look better when there are cards present on the page

I believe it is a good feature to add as most of the react based webpages use content loader. Would like to know your views on this.
