What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.add some unicode character in source code（hellol中文）
2.push to server.
3.open file in view history>com diff
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Original character is expected
"hellol中文"
But
"hellol銝剜𩄍"
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
