Improve notifications service

Check why the notifications service seems to run again, it should wait until an hour before the next airing episode.

    Funny story: as far as I understand, if Android decides to kill our cached (= not running) notification service it will later try to re-launch it if more resources become available. As a result it will run the default routine, which does not know about what notifications were already displayed.

    In addition: on boot-up the notifications service should not run immediately, instead set a timer a few seconds in the future to help speeding up the boot process.
