[TW-98] Smart import - dependencies

Dimitris Dimitriadis on 2011-02-27T17:34:12Z says:

I've spent some time looking through the issues and feature requests at the forum, but haven't come across a proper description of this feature (http://taskwarrior.org/issues/show/666 mentions the main idea in passing).

I think that for starting a project (think kickoff meetings) or transferring tasks from paper, a smarter import would come in handy. Imagine something like:

"task 1" pro:whatever due:whenever "task 2" (omitting the project would be good but not necessary) dep:previous "task 3" dep:first "task 4" dep:previous

This seems easy conceptually, since you only need to keep track of the first and the previously insterted task at all times. However, let's say that you want to create another task depending on the third one above. Does it make sense to come up with an indicator for that, say '-2'? That would allow for

"task 5" dep:-2

to make sense, allowing for fairly advanced task lists to be imported.
