rss plugin will not work

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. starting rutorrent with the rss plugin in the plugin folder What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I get this error

RSS plugin: rTorrent's user can't access php interpreter. Plugin will not work. What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? rtorrent/libtorrent and plugins installed yesterday via SVN Please provide any additional information below.

    you need to set php's path, also, do you have command line php? Many people don't...they just download mod-php for apache and think that is all they need. Which os are you on? You didn't put it in your ticket.
