permission to use uTorrent WebUI

hi guys - just wondering if you sought and received permission to use the uTorrent webUI code as a starting point for your project? (don't be worried by my question, I just want to know...)

    No, i don't receive any permissions to use it. AFAIK, this is impossible - see http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=51271 As result, if somebody from BitTorrent, Inc. (or Directrix as main developer of uTorrent webUI) will have any claims to me - this project will be immediatelly closed.

    BTW, last unstable version of uTorrent WebUI (0.362) contain my code (speed tab) ;) And i don't give to somebody any permissions to use it ;) This is a joke, of course.
